Frequently Asked Questions

1. When should I order?

Currently, most of our produce will become available every Monday afternoon. Local produce will be added when available. Please check the website for available items then order accordingly.

Orders must be placed by 10am Tuesday morning for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed after this time can be delivered Wednesday or Thursday afternoons or can be picked up by appointment. Orders for Friday delivery need to be placed by 10am Friday. 

2. When will I receive my order?

We deliver Tuesdays and Fridays (or by arrangement for other days) during the afternoon (please see delivery tab for details). This is usually between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm.

Sale orders are delivered to the Nutrition Pod - 142 Raymond St Sale, Wednesday afternoons only. Maffra orders are delivered to the Pickle Pot - 109a Johnson St Maffra Wednesday afternoons only. Pick up from these drop off points or home delivery through prior arrangement.

3. What if I am not home to receive the order?

Please let us know where you would like the order to be placed. We suggest an esky with ice or at least a place out of the sun. Please email us for alternative arrangements. Produce can be picked up from our premises in Newlands Arm by appointment.

4. What if i don't receive items that I ordered?

If for any reason a listed product becomes unsalable we will arrange an alternative product or we can provide you with a refund.

5. What if you don't have the produce I want or you are out of stock?

Organic and bio-dynamic produce tends to be seasonal, and follows a plants natural crop rhythm. We endeavor to stock a wide variety of fruit and vegetables however we can only order what is available to us as per the growing season. Please contact us about products that you may want but are not listed on the website.

Our website works on a first in first served basis. If you have missed out on a particular item please inform us so that we may adjust our future quantities.
